A Rental Agreement needs to be signed and sent to us prior to your rental.  An electronic or scanned version of your signed agreement sent to babeezemb@gmail.com is great or you can sign one when you pick up your items.

We accept cash, credit cards or e-transfers. E-transfers are preferred. If you want to pay with a credit card, we will send you an invoice through Wave Accounting – No Account Required.

Items can be picked up at pre-arranged times at our home-based location in Brandon, MB, or in Onanole, MB. We are approx. 15 minutes from the Brandon Municipal Airport. Delivery is also available in Brandon & Area for an additional charge depending on your location. We offer delivery to hotels and residential addresses. Delivery to the airport is difficult however may be accommodated – please let us know your flight times.

We understand that plans change! Refunds will be given but all cancellations will be subject to a 25% cancellation administration fee. Under 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your rental fee. You will be charged 100% of your rental fee if you cancel within 24 hours notice or if you do not show up to pick up your items. If you have to cut your stay short, please let us know and you will receive a reasonable refund.

If you are planning to extend your reservation and need your items for a longer period of time please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you.

All of our car seats are up to date and comply with Canada’s Transportation regulations. Due to liability reasons Babeeze cannot install or help you install any car seats. You are responsible for installing the car seat in your car. Installation manuals will be provided upon request.

A replacement cost will be charged if an item is missing, damaged or broken.

We clean and sanitize equipment upon the return of the rental. If you are renting a playpen or a crib, we ask that you use both the waterproof pad and a sheet on the mattress. All other items are also cleaned thoroughly and regularly.

Rented items can be picked up in Brandon, or Onanole (or delivered for a fee*).

We deliver to: Onanole, Ditch Lake, Riding Mountain National Park, Brandon, and Minnedosa.

*Delivery Charges are calculated by distance.
